Are You Ready?

If everything you most wanted to happen were to occur today, would you be ready?

It's good to use time preparing for dreams to materialize. Do you have the mental space and conditioning to carry out the behaviors and responsibilities of the sort of person you are in the most desired version of life? 

The act of thinking about the positive mental state you'd like to increase has therapeutic value in of itself. Map it out, jot it down, just think, what would it look like? Feel like? How would you be? What would you be feeling? What will you be wearing? How does it feel in your body to be here? How are you when you are at your most balanced?

Getting ready for the life you most want provides a good general direction to move in. You choose the pace, style, or even moving anywhere at all. It's still nice to know that there is always some inner compass for reference. What is the general behavioral, psychological, mental state of you at your best? What does it look like. Anything at all related to this line of thinking is therapeutic. 

​Dreams need a form to embody. Build the structure for your dream and you will be happier.
