When you are no longer a child- you become an adult. An adult is a result of a series of child and teen days and years. Dramatic change can happen subtly over long periods of time without it ever really being noticed- However a mental structure or thinking process has developed. It could be considered unconscious.
Just like it's easy to not see the significant overall change when the guiding factors are not even thought about or seen-
Such as with children, gardens, building a house, development is slow and repetitious..Invisible but certainly there.
Essentially, much of life is a result of small daily movements and habits....mostly more unaware and unconscious.
Some habits are helpful, some are more destructive.
Learning to neutrally explore your daily habits and the overall current usefulness in a safe way... the more you can decide if this is what you really wanted?
Or perhaps small, subtle, automatic movements and responses created something of a life you have...with a mind of it own.....not what you would want or choose. Not my choice kind of life. There is hope.
Identifying where the resilience blocks live.....can then provides choice of some sort.
