Pause. Take a breath. Be still. Sometimes you need to wait for the next option to arrive. The space of a breath provides an opportunity for something different to unfold. You need to catch up with time..or time needs to catch up with you. Wait it out. Sometimes it's the space of a single breath that triggers the opportunity- a chance, to access deep psychological awareness.
This usually takes effort. It’s hard to slow down and not be in a rush.
